Education is one of the most important components of the District’s operations. The District provides both adult and youth education which includes hosting manure management workshops, training for municipal officials on road maintenance practices, urban agriculture workshops, environmental workshops, and, most notably, the Junior and Senior County Envirothons.

Learn MoreICCD is in the process of developing an Environmental Discovery Center. Future features include community gardens, pollinator meadows, rain gardens, interpretive trails, and a wildlife education feature. Until then, our Discovery Center features a 50-person capacity space for workshops, meetings and educational programs. If you are interested in using our space, please contact our office.
